The patch is applied once a day to clean, dry skin — for example, the inside of your wrist or the back of your neck — and worn for up to 12 hours.

- Change the spot every day to keep your skin comfortable.
- For best results, the company recommends combining the patch with Alavida creams.

What skincare should you do in the evening?
In the evening the goal is to cleanse your skin and nourish it overnight.
- Remove makeup and sunscreen, and wash your face.
- Apply a small amount of Nightly Restore night cream.
